Performance polymers, also known as advanced polymers, are a class of materials that exhibit exceptional mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties. These materials are widely used in a variety of applications where traditional metal materials may not be suitable due to their limitations in terms of weight, cost, or performance.

Best in Its Field

One of the most well-known performance polymers is PEEK (Polyetheretherketone), which offers excellent strength and stiffness, as well as high temperature and chemical resistance. PEEK is often used in the aerospace, automotive, and medical industries for applications such as bearings, gears, and implantable medical devices.

Another popular performance polymer is PEKK (Polyetherketoneketone), which exhibits similar properties to PEEK but with even higher temperature resistance and toughness. PEKK is often used in the aerospace, defense, and oil and gas industries for applications such as seals, valve parts, and components exposed to high temperatures.

Best in Its Field

Carbon-reinforced performance polymers, such as Carbon PEEK and Carbon PA (Polyamide), offer even higher strength and stiffness compared to regular PEEK and PEKK. These materials are often used in high-stress applications such as bearings, gears, and structural components.

ULTEM (Polyetherimide) is another performance polymer that offers excellent strength, stiffness, and temperature resistance, as well as good chemical resistance and low flammability. ULTEM is often used in the aerospace, automotive, and medical industries for applications such as fuel systems, electrical components, and implantable medical devices.

      KVKK AYDINLATMA METNİ

      Kişisel verilerin korunması kanunu 10. Maddesine göre veri sorumlusunun aydınlatma yükümlülüğünün kapsamı belirlenmiştir. Buna göre “Kişisel verilerin elde edilmesi sırasında veri sorumlusu veya yetkilendirdiği kişi, ilgili kişilere;

      konusunda bilgi vermekle yükümlüdür.”

      Kanun maddesinde aydınlatma yükümlülüğü yerine getirilirken uyulması gereken asgari şartlar belirlenmiş olup yükümlülüğü yerine getirirken uyulması gereken herhangi bir şekil şartı öngörülmemiştir. Bu bağlamda değerlendirildiğinde yazılı, sözlü veya alternatif yöntemlerle aydınlatma yükümlülüğü yerine getirilebilmektedir.

      BİLDİRİLMESİ GEREKENLER

      Aydınlatma yükümlülüğü kapsamında ilgili kişiye bildirilmesi gereken başlıklar şunlardır:

      SADECE AYDINLATMA

      Aydınlatma yükümlülüğü yerine getirilirken herkesin anlayacağı bir dil kullanmak, anlaşılması güç bir ortam oluşturmamak gerekmektedir. Bunun için görsellerden yararlanmak, farklı dil çevirilerini kullanmak somut durum karşısında başvurulabilecek yöntemlerdendir.

      Kamera kaydı alınan bir binada bina girişinde
      “kamera kaydı alınmaktadır” levhası yeterli bir aydınlatma olmayacaktır.

      Bina içerisinde fiziksel güvenliğin sağlanması ve kamu güvenliğinin sağlanması amacıyla, istenmesi halinde emniyetle paylaşılmak üzere güvenlik kameralarıyla 7/24 kayıt alınmaktadır. Kvkk11. Maddedeki haklarınızı kullanmak için bina görevlisine, güvenlik kulübesine başvurunuz” şeklinde yapılacak bir aydınlatma kanunen belirtilen asgari unsurları taşıması sebebiyle geçerli olacaktır.
